If you cannot settle your complaint with us we will help you to direct your complaint to the appropriate ombudsman.
Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?
Yes we are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation (up to £48,000) from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations.
