Customer Services Advisor
Either based in our Mortgage Customer Service Centre or in our busy Customer Call Centre, your role is to support Mortgage Advisors and sales colleagues.
If working for Mortgage Matters Direct you will need to perform the important task of customer service, keeping our clients abreast of the progress of their mortgage application on behalf of our Mortgage Advisors. You will need to liaise with lenders, solicitors, sales progressor and estate agents which means that you will need to have excellent communication and telephone skills and the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
For the busy call centre you will need to be flexible and be able to tackle a number of different projects to support the various brands within the Arun Estate Agencies Group.
Sales Progressor/Administrator
Once offers have been made on properties, our very patient sales progressors step in to take the strain away from our clients! Our sales progressors deal with all aspects of the property sale from acceptance to exchange and completion. You will need to liaise with solicitors, other estate agents, clients and other people in the chain and need to be on the ball at all times!
Our progressors have great listening skills and are used to dealing with many enquiries in the course of a day. They work to many deadlines, have great customer service skills and have the ability to get the job done. A great challenge!
Branch Secretary
We have full and part time secretaries based in all of our branches to make sure that everything runs smoothly. Much of the work includes typing up of property details so it is essential that you have 50wpm audio experience together with a real interest in other people's homes. Arranging newspaper advertising and the management of the window displays are part of the role together with lots of general administration such as post, filing and photocopying.
Mobile Secretary
If you love property and you love driving, why not consider a mobile secretarial position? You will meet lots of different people and will need a flexible approach as you will often have to move around offices to cover for sickness and holidays.
Area/Head Office Secretaries and Personal Assistants
Many of our Area and Head Office staff have been promoted within the company to work for one of the Senior Directors or Managing Director. The ability to multi-task and excellent time management is required when working for our senior team, together with having excellent typing skills and diary management.
