"I started as a Trainee Sales Advisor 9 years ago. Coming from a completely different job, I was understandably nervous and lacked experience. However, the training I received was so good that by the end of my induction course I had all the confidence and skills I needed to set me up! I've worked hard and constistently in order to progress within the company and take advantage of new opportunities with the Arun Estates Group, the parent company of Wyatt & Son.

My efforts have been recognised and I have had the help and support I needed to improve and extend my knowledge of the business and develop my career from Sales Advisor to Branch Manager. A personal highlight for me was when I took my office to "Top Office of the Year" in 2004, which was recognised and announced at the Annual Sales Conference.

For a while I became one of the Field Trainers and in this role I had the chance to pass on my expertise to new starters which gave me great job satisfaction. However after 18 months in this role I decided to go back into Branch Management as I missed the excitement of being in the front line of the action!

I feel tremendously lucky to have been given so many opportunities and would never wish to work for another estate agent as I know they would never be able to compete with the support of Arun Estates!"
