Operations Director

Jon began his career like many others, as a trainee negotiator in August 1990. For the next 11 years he worked in various locations in the South East, covering single and multi branch operations and even traded as a Financial Advisor for a year.

In November 2001, Jon joined Arun Estates as a Senior Branch Manager at Whitstable and held various management positions within Ward & Partners, Douglas Allen and Mortgage Matters Direct before being awarded the responsibility of looking after Wyatt & Son as Operations Director.

During my time with Arun Estates I have worked with many talented people that have helped me to learn more about the business and achieve success in the various roles I have worked in.
