With over 50 years of relevant experience within our team, not only can we advise on the sale and planning issues concerned with your land but we can also find you the new home of your dreams.

Jason Willets - Land & New Homes Regional Manager
The Cubitt & West Land & New Homes Team is lead by Jason Willetts, Land & New Homes Regional Manager. Jason has been involved in the estate agency business for over 20 years and has a wide range of experience in all aspects of the business. He is supported by a strong team who together have the expertise to advise on just about every aspect of residential development, while having the professional contacts to assist with architectural and planning needs.

Robert Young - Field Sales Manager
Rob joined Arun Estates in July 2007 as Field Sales Manager, having previously worked in the sales departments of Kings Oak Homes, Charles Church and Bellway Homes as Sale Manager of their 500 unit flagship development in Hither Green East London. He brings with him a wide range of property experience including 2 years as the main landscaping contractor for Rialto Homes on part of there five year redevelopment of Brentford, West London.
Emma Burton - Land & New Homes Coordinator
Emma joined Arun Estates in January 2007 as a Sales Advisor on one of their developments in Reigate. She was quickly taken into the Land & New Homes head office team and is now their Land & New Homes Coordinator covering Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire. Emma joins us with a history of selling new homes for a number of years on a number of Persimmon Homes developments and also mortgages for HSBC.
